A Letter To Our Community
United Security Services would like to express our deepest condolences to everyone affected by the recent tragedy in San Bernardino CA. Over the past few weeks we’ve found ourselves involved in the event of December 2, 2015 and we would like to share this information with our community.
December 6th, 2015 our Human Resources Department informed us that a former employee by the name of Enrique Marquez was being interviewed by law enforcement in relation to the events of December 2nd. Our records indicated he was employed with us from July 2013 to October 2013, and was terminated due to “Poor Performance”.
December 7th, 2015, the original employment application for Enrique Marquez was reviewed and at which time we noticed it listed Syed Farook as a contact. This information was immediately conveyed to our legal department, who subsequently conveyed the information to the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
December 10th, 2015, The Federal Bureau of Investigation reviewed this information at our corporate office with a company executive. The information found by United Security was verified by the FBI and this information in part led to the eventual arrest of Enrique Marquez.
United Security Services has been cooperative during the entire investigation process, and will continue to be supportive to the authorities and especially the community. If you have any other questions or information we would like to direct you to Federal Bureau of Investigation; the agency overseeing this investigation.
The intent of United Security Services is to be transparent and supportive during this ongoing investigation. Our prayers are extended to the families and our wonderful community.
