Field Supervisors

Who?

We require our Field Supervisors to have the following credentials:

Minimum 10 years experience in the security industry
Minimum 2 years employment with United Security Services
Military background
Police background

What?

Field Supervisors are specially trained by our own middle management teams. Field Supervisors elevate to their position by promotion, having worked with United Security Services for a minimum of 2 years. Their work history and leadership has been demonstrated and they play a vital role in the day to day operations of our security programs.

How?

Field Supervisors go through specialized management courses.These courses educate our supervisors to promote professionalism and motivation to our security guards, keeping our teams in line while providing the high value services.

Why?

Field Supervision provides daily leadership amongst over 800 officers in the field. Field Supervisors are the eyes and ears for upper management within United Security Services. They ensure proper enforcement of policies and protocols of United Security Services and those of our clients.

When?

Field Supervisors are scheduled around the clock. They are salary employees who work these hours by oath, always available to the officers they supervise and the clients they serve. Scheduled visits and unscheduled visits assure that our security guards are always at their best.
